摘要
将不同C/N比的植物秸秆加入灭菌后的土壤中,接种培养细菌、真菌和放线菌的纯菌株,探讨其对土壤腐殖质形成的作用。试验表明,木霉形成的HA含量最高,H/F最大,方差分析和多重比较均达极显著水平;链霉菌中灰褐类群形成的FA量最高,球孢类群形成HA的分子量最大,芳构化程度最高。
In this paper the formation of soil humus was studied by applying plant remnant with different C/N to sterilized soil and inoculating bacteria fungi and actinomyces.Results showed that the content of humic acid formed by trichoderma was the highest and the ratio of humic acid to fulvic acid was the largest which reached the most significant level by variance analysis and multiple comparison.While the content of fulvic acid formed by griseofuscus S. was the highest,the molecular weight of humic acid formed by coccidiosis S. was the largest,which was with the highest condensation degree.
