口服氨酚羟考酮配合氟哌利多穴位注射预防人流综合反应的临床研究

The Clinical Study on Comprehensive Reactions for Preventive Abortion by Oral Administration of the Oxycodone & Acetaminophen Tablets Combined with Acupuncture Point Injection of Droperidol

目的:观察口服氨酚羟考酮配合氟哌利多内关穴注射预防人流综合反应和镇痛效果。方法:选择自愿终止妊娠的早孕患者120例,随机分为3组,每组40例。A组口服氨酚羟考酮配合氟哌利多内关穴注射;B组口服氨酚羟考酮;C组为对照组。观察术中镇痛效果和人流综合反应发生率。结果:A组与B组镇痛效果满意,与C组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);人流综合反应的发生率A组明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05)。A组镇痛效果虽好于B组,B组人流综合反应虽低于C组,但都无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:口服氨酚羟考酮配合氟哌利多内关穴注射用于人工流产术,镇痛效果确切,能有效地避免人流综合反应的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the analgestic effect and comprehensive reactions to preventive abortion by orally taking Oxycodone ＆ Acetaminophen Tablets and injecting Droperidol on neiguan point. Methods：120 cases with premature preganance were choson who volunteered to terminate their pregnancies, and were separated into 3 groups randomly（40 case each group）. The women in Group A took Oxycodone ＆ Acetaminophen Tablets orally and got Droperidol injection; the cases in Group B orally took Oxycodone ＆ Acetaminophen Tablets only; nothing was done with patients in Group C. The analgesic effect and the comprehensive reactions were observed during abortion. Results.. Compared with Group C,the analgesic effect for Group A and B was more satisfactory and there was difference（P〈0.05）. The occurrence of comprehensive reactions to abortion in Group A was lower than that of Group B and C（P〈0. 05）Analgesic effect in Group A was better than that of Group B and the occurrence of comprehensive reactions in Group B was lower than that of Group C. But there was not bigger difference（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Oral administration of Oxycodone ＆ Acetamino- phen Tablets combined with injection of Droperidol has an obvious effect on analgesia,while is helpful to avoid the comprehensive reactions to abortion. Therefore,it deserves wide use.
