Effect of Acanthopanax Injection on Human Cervical Cancer Cells for Hela Growth

目的:探讨刺五加注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela体外增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定了不同浓度的刺五加注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的体外抑制作用,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化。结果:刺五加注射液浓度越高对Hela细胞抑制作用越好,作用时间越长抑制效果越强,量效关系和时效关系良好;形态学观察到细胞凋亡。结论:刺五加注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用。

Objective： To study the inhibitory action of Acanthopanax injection on human cervical cancer cells for Hela growth. Methods： MTT assay was used to determine the human cervical cancer cells for Hela growth and inhibitory rates with various concentrations of Acanthopanax injection, then the changes of cells＇ shape with upside-down microscope（was observed）. Results： The higher concentration of Acanthopanax injection was,the stronger inhibitory function to Hela was. The inhibitory effect was observed stronger with the concentration increasing and time prolonging. Morphological observation showed cell apoptosis. Conclusion： Acanthopanax injection has stronger inhibitory function on the growth of tumor cells Hela.
