厚荚相思盆栽苗接种根瘤菌对其苗木生长的影响

摘要 厚荚相思盆栽苗接种9种根瘤菌菌株对其苗木生长影响的实验结果表明:在接种不同根瘤菌菌株后的20天至6个月中,其厚荚相思苗木的生长存在差异。此期间各根瘤菌菌株对厚荚相思苗木的苗高、地径、生物量的影响程度不同,接种厚荚6号、厚荚7号和厚荚5号3个菌株对厚荚相思苗木的生长影响较大,可初步评选为促进厚荚相思苗木生长的根瘤菌菌株。 The effect of inoculating rhizobium to Acacia crassicarpa pot plant was studied. Nine strains of rhizobium isolated from the root nodule of Acacia crassicarpa were inoculated to the pot plant respectively, and the height, basal diameter and biomass of the experimental pot plants were measured. The experimental results showed that the effects of different strains on the height, diameter and biomass growth of Acacia crassicarpa pot plants were varied, strain No. 6, No. 7 and No. 5 had significant function on promoting the growth of pot plant, which could be preliminarily selected as the promising strains.
