摘要
应用微波消解溶样,配合原子吸收分光光度法进行了珠江源头站马地集水区实验地银荆植株叶、枝、皮干、根的钾、钙、镁、锰、铁、锌、铜的含量测定实验,以此研究了测定7种金属元素的微波消解及原子吸收光谱法的最佳工作条件,以及钾、镁、钙、锌、铜、锰、铁元素在银荆植株体内的分布规律。结果表明,此方法的加标回收率为94.7%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~2.0%,说明该法具有较好的准确性,符合分析要求;银荆植株不同部位的7种金属元素含量存在显著差异,其镁、锰、铁、铜的含量以叶中为高,钾、钙的含量以皮中为高,而锌的含量以根中为高,而多数金属元素在树干中的含量为最低。各含量关系为钙〉钾〉镁〉铁〉锌〉锰〉铜。
Dissolved the samples with microwave-assisted digestion, the contents of K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu in leaf, branch, bark, stem and root of Acacia dealbata were determined by using the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry, with the purpose of finding the optimum operating conditions of the combination of microwave-assisted digestion and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the distribution law of these 7 metal elements in Acacia dealbata. The average recovery rate of this method was 94. 7 % - 104. 8 %, and the relative standard deviation was 0.2 % - 2. 0 %. The results of determination showed the contents of the tested 7 metal elements varied with different parts of plant significantly. The Contents of Mg, Mn, Fe and Cu were high in leaf, the bark has the high content of K and Ca, and the content of Zn was high in root. Most of the elements have the relative low contents in stem. The list of contents of the test metal elements was Ca 〉 K 〉 Mg 〉 Fe 〉 Zn 〉 Mn 〉 Cu.
