摘要
为了解不同培养基和栽培方式对金针菇产量的影响规律,用木屑、棉子皮为主料,适当搭配甘蔗渣等辅料,以生料、煮沸料和灭菌料,袋栽、压块栽方式栽培金针菇.结果表明:以配方78%棉子壳,10%精米糠,10%甘蔗渣,1%过磷酸钙和1%石膏栽培的菌丝生长速度快,长势好,产量高,品质好,生物效率高达128%;在栽培方式上,以灭菌袋栽最好.
Raw,boiled or autoclaved wood flour and cottonseed hulls were used as major components of cultivation substrata,respectively. The haphae of F.velulipes were cultivated in pockets or by layering. Studies on effects of cultivation substrata and cultivating patterns on the mushroom yield were carried out. The results showed that the cultivation substratum composed of cottonseed hulls 78%,rice brans 10%,sugarcane residues 10%,calcium superphosphate and gypsum each 1% was the best one whose biological efficacy reached up to 128% and that pocket planting in the autoclaved substrata was better than hyphae layerage.
