摘要
本试验选取广东海洋大学家禽育种中心的3、7、11、15、19、21、25、29周龄的正常、健康的贵妃鸡,其中不同周龄的快羽公、母鸡各15只,慢羽公、母鸡各15只(共390只)。通过对其生理常数测定发现,无论是快羽公、母鸡,还是慢羽公、母鸡,其体温、呼吸和心跳的变异系数都较小,尤其是体温的变异系数更小,说明此三项指标群体的一致性较好。白细胞的变异系数比红细胞、血红蛋白两项指标均高。血红蛋白值随着周龄的增加呈现增多的现象,但在性别间并没有多大差异。在对其各个测定项目进行方差分析时发现,其差异性并不显著(P>0.05),这说明了其生理常数受品系、性别、周龄和环境等的影响不大。
The test selected some normal,healthy Princess chickens in 3,7,11,15,19,21,25,29weeks, which from Guangdong Ocean University poultry breeding center.There are 15 hens in each term of different age,which are fast-feathering and 15 hens in each term of different age the are slow-feathering,(the total namber is 390 chickens).Through the determination of physical constants,we can found that the cofficient of variation of temperature,breathing and heartbeat is smaller,especially the temperature coefficient of variation is smaller,whether the hen is the fast plume of the public or slow-feathering,it is prove that the consistency of the three target groups is better.The coefficient of variation of White Blood-cells are higher than both of the two indicators red blood-cells and hemoglobin.The values of Hemoglobin has changed much with the age increasing, but the difference of different sex are not much. We can found the differences are not significant (P〉0.05) in all of its projects for analysis of difference.h shows that the impact of physical constants by the strain,sex,age and environmental will not be great.
