摘要 目的:探讨CD44v6及Ki-67在子宫腺肌病(AM)中的表达及作用。方法:采用免疫组化Envision法检测80例子宫腺肌病患者的异位和在位内膜及30例正常子宫内膜中CD44v6、Ki-67的表达情况。结果:(1)AM异位内膜及在位内膜组织CD44v6的表达强度均高于对照组(P均<0.05);(2)AM异位内膜增生期与分泌期Ki-67表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)CD44v6与Ki-67在AM异位内膜组织中表达具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v6的表达上调及Ki-67增殖活性的持续存在,两者的协同作用可能促使了AM的发生及发展。 Objective:To investigate the expression and role of CD44v6 and Ki-67 protein in adenomysis. Methods :The expression of CD44v6 and Ki-67 protein was detected by Envision immunohistochemistry in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium from 80 cases with adenomysis and 36 cases of normal endometrium. Results : (1)The expression of CD44v6 in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomysis was significant higher than that in control group(P〈0. 05). (2)The expression of Ki-67 in the proliferating phase had no statistic significant compared with secretory phase of ectopic endometrium(P〉0. 05). (3)There was a positive correlation between CD44v6 and Ki-67 expression in ectopic endometrium of adenomysis (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The overexpression of CD44v6 and proliferative activity of Ki-67 may play an interaction in the development of adenomysis.
