需求管理是整个软件工程的管理的基础,也是项目成功的关键所在。本文论述了软件项目中需求管理的重要性及存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相关解决方法。
The requirement management ,which is the foundation of management of the whole software engineering, plays important role in the success of a project. The article elaborates the importance of and problems in requirement management, and give some solutions about the problems.
