摘要 目的介绍一种新型的利用计算机辅助设计和快速成型技术进行义鼻外形仿真的方法及效果。方法应用自主研发的三维光学测量系统分别取得患者鼻缺损区外形和志愿者鼻外形,生成点云。基于计算机辅助设计原理,应用逆向工程图像处理软件,将志愿者的鼻外形图像数据提取修饰并拼接于患者面部缺损区,完成义鼻图像设计后,利用快速成型设备加工形成树脂义鼻。结果在软件中将志愿者鼻与患者缺损区拼合后,患者面部完整,比例协调。经快速成型制作的树脂义鼻外形高度仿真,在患者面部贴合良好。结论计算机辅助设计和快速成型技术能仿真重建鼻患者缺损区义鼻形态,并辅助颌面部赝复体的设计和制作。 Objective To present a novel profile simulation method in nasal prothetics based on computer-aided design(CAD) and rapid prototyping technique. Methods Point cloud data of the deformity of the patient's face and the volunteer's nose were acquired by using three-dimensional(3-D) optical measurement system.Based on CAD technique,the volunteer's nose image was registered and fit in the patient's face well by image processing software.Once finalized,rapid prototyping technique was employed to fabricate a resin nasal prosthesis. Results The 3-D face model of the patient with a nose was complete and with good proportion in the software.The nasal prosthesis built with resin was highly realistic and all in good agreement with the deformity area. Conclusion Using CAD software and rapid prototyping technique,nasal prosthesis can be designed and manufactured with highly realistic. It was proved to be feasible.
