摘要
目的研究前牙早接触状态紧咬时中枢调控区域定位的具体变化,为咬合病的病理生理机制研究提供理论支持。方法在正常志愿者口内前牙上预置人工咬合高点,利用GE 3.0T磁共振扫描机获取其在正常咬合状态和前牙早接触状态紧咬时的脑功能成像图,借助SPM2软件进行分析比较。结果正常咬合状态紧咬时的中枢激活区包括中央前回M1区、中央后回S1区、前运动区、前额叶皮层、岛叶、Broca’s区、缘上回、小脑、扣带回、右侧顶叶皮层及右侧枕叶皮层。前牙早接触状态紧咬时的中枢激活区包括中央前回M1区、左侧中央后回S1区、左侧前运动区及右侧Broca’s区。结论初步明确正常咬合状态及前牙早接触状态紧咬时的中枢激活区域,发现早接触对中枢相应调控区域有抑制激活的作用。
Objective To orient the activated charge regions in central nervous systems under the situation with premature contacts,and to consummate the theories of modulation in stomotognathic systems for the diagnosis and treatments of occlusal disorders. Methods Some premature contacts which were made of composite resin were put on the anterior teeth of nomal volunteers.GE 3.0T magnetic resonance machine was used to make images of clenching in intercuspal occlusion with or without premature contacts.The data were subjected to SPM2 software for comparison analysis. Results Localization of activated regions during normal clenching on intercuspal position(ICP) in group analysis were precentral gyrus M1,postcentral gyrus S1,premotor area,prefrontal cortex,insula,Broca's area,supramarginal gyrus,cerebellum,cingulate gyrus,parietal cortex(right) and occipital cortex(right).Localization of activated regions during clenching on ICP with premature contact of anterior tooth in group analysis were precentral gyrus M1,postcentral gyrus S1(left),premotor area(left) and Broca's area(right). Conclusion The localization of activated regions during clenching on normal ICP and on ICP with premature contact of anterior tooth were preliminarily identified.The premature contacts may inhibit the activation of charge regions in central nervous systems.
