摘要 人类胚胎期暴露于乙醇对胎儿的生长发育有严重致畸作用。近年来,因比小鼠等其他动物具有独特的优点,斑马鱼已成为研究胎儿酒精综合征的较为理想的动物模型之一。文章就国内外以斑马鱼作为模式动物研究胎儿酒精综合征的进展作一综述。 Exposure to ethanol during pregnancy has severe impact on the abnormal development of fetus.Lately,zebrafish has become one of the best animal models to study fetal alcohol syndrome(FAS) because of its unique characteristics compared to other kinds of models like mouse.The recent advance was summarized in studying FAS using zebrafish model in the article.
