"干"的本义为一种带桠杈有长柄的原始的进攻性的狩猎工具。以"干"为声符的形声字约有47个,声符兼表义的有28个。这28个形声字按其所含有的共同核义素大致可分为四种类型:一、含长条义;二、含求取、冒犯、攻击或捍卫义;三、含庞大义;四、含干燥义。
This paper mainly discusses the pictophonetic characters which the phonetic notation is “gan” （干）. “Gan” （干） is a long offensive weapon. The pictophonetic characters that the phonetic notation is “gan” （干） are approximately 47. The phonetic notation of 28 pictophonetic characters shows righteousness. According to the common significance which include these words may be divided into four systems approximately： First, the expression is long or the long object; Second, the expressions is acquirement, affronts, the attack or guards; Third, the expression is thick; Fourth, the exoression is dry.
