关于独立学院推进质量工程战略的几点思考

独立学院是我国高等教育体系中的一支新兴力量,以培养社会急需的应用型人才为主。为全面落实好教育部质量工程战略,独立学院首先要结合校情和服务面向,找准自身人才培养的目标定位和"特色因子",制定特色化的人才培养标准,并据此加快专业与课程结构调整步伐,深化教育教学和人才培养模式改革,全力做好迎评促建工作,努力建立起确保人才培养质量的长效机制。

The independent institute, an emergent force in China＇ s higher education, devotes itself to producing imperatively needed applicative talents. In order to carrying out the quality project stratagem constituted by the Ministry of Education, the independent institute should establish its own standard for producing talents by clarifying its goal orientation in this respect and finds its own features according to its actual conditions and the range of its social service. At the same time, it should prepare itself for teaching quality evaluation by quickening the restructuring of its specialty setup and curriculum and deepening the reform in the teaching and talent-producing modes. Only in this way, can the independent institute build up a long-term mechanism for guaranteeing the quality of talent production.
