干旱条件下水稻幼苗的保护酶活性及其与耐旱性关系 被引量:41

摘要 对干旱条件下3种不同耐旱性的水稻幼苗相对含水量(RWC)、丙二醛含量及保护酶活性进行了比较研究。耐旱品种超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性在水分胁迫下降低幅度较小,不耐旱品种酶活性降低幅度较大。在轻度水分胁迫下耐旱品种过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高,不耐旱品种POD活性无变化,3个品种的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均提高,耐旱性越强,活性提高幅度越大。严重水分胁迫下POD和CAT活性均降低,耐旱性越强,活性降低幅度越小。 ? The alterations in relative water contents( RWC) , malondialdehyde( MDA) contents and activities of protective enzymes were comparatively investigated among three different drought tolerant rice cultivars.The results showed that superoxide dismutase activities declined slightly in two drought- tolerant cultivars,but decreased significantly in the drought- sensitive cultivar under drought conditions.Peroxidase activities increased in drought-tolerant cultivars ,but altered little in drought- sensitive cultivar under slight drought. In contrast,increases of catalase activities of three different cultivars under were observed slight drought, with greater increases in two drought- tolerant cultivars. Under severe drought conditions,activities of peroxidase and catalase in three cultivars all declined,but more slowly in tolerant cultivars. 
