中职“全真型”实训基地建设的内涵、原则与方法

Connotation,Principles and Measures of Constructing the Genuine Training Base in Vocational Schools

"全真型"实训基地具有真实的环境、真实的设施、真实的项目、真实的流程和真实的产品"五真"特点。建设"全真型"实训基地,要遵循与课程改革同步、基于工作过程系统化、立足功能多元化、体现普适性等四项原则。建设"全真型"实训基地,要坚持以加强硬件建设为基础、以深化课程改革为核心、以"双师型"教师队伍建设为关键、以产学研结合为突破、以科学规范的管理机制为保证的有效途径。

The genuine training base has the following five features such as genuine environment, genuine infrastructure, genuine project, genuine process and genuine product. The construction of genuine training base should abide the following four principles： synchronization with the curriculum reform, systematization of the task process, multiple function and general application. The construction of genuine training base should strengthen the base of hardware, centered on the curriculum reform, concentrate on the construction of double-quality teacher staff, breakthrough from the combination of industry, education and research and be guaranteed by the scientific running mechanism.
