摘要
为了对汽车ABS/ESP液压集成控制单元进行快速开发,使用AMESim建立了包括汽车ABS/ESP液压集成控制单元的车辆制动系统模型。对常规制动以及ABS制动下的工作情况进行了模拟仿真,并且在ESP控制模式下,通过对液压元件的特征参数设定不同数值,研究了部分关键参数对系统性能以及系统响应的影响,为汽车ABS/ESP液压集成控制单元的快速开发建立了一个高效便捷的研究平台。
In order to design and develop the automobile ABS/ESP Hydraulic Actuator quickly, it uses AMESim and the integrated working processes to model an ABS/ESP hydraulic actuator of vehicle braking system. Based on this model it simulates the normal braking, ABS braking and ESP control respectively. The effect of the design parameters for the hydraulic actuator on the braking performance could be quantitatively evaluated in the simulation for each working modes. At last, it presents a convenient and efficient method to improve and optimize the ABS/ESP hydraulic actuator design.
