摘要
介绍了对船体结构施焊完工后进行焊缝质量检验及对焊缝缺陷进行修补的方法,提出了一种焊缝质量检验的新工艺——真空密性试验工艺,并介绍了真空密性试验原理、试验条件、试验范围、试验要求及注意事项等。该工艺可以在船体分段装配焊接结束后,对分段结构中的水密结构、舱柜周界的角接缝及所有手工焊接的对接焊缝进行密性试验,实现了对分段完成密性试验地方的提前涂装。
It introduces the process of welded joints measure for the shipping body. This new technique is vacuum sealing test, which includes the test principle, conditions and limits, attention items. After the shipping body welded, it tests the sealing function for the section structure, cabin joints and all welded slots. This measure can be applied in ahead of body coloring.
