摘要
游梁式抽油机是目前中国开采原油的主要设备。在导致抽油机故障的原因中,曲柄销损坏所占比例较大,所造成的后果也更为严重,然而常规性分析方法不能解决曲柄销损坏问题。为此,利用微动磨损理论,分析曲柄销的损坏特点,发现曲柄销的断裂都和微动有关。通过对粘着、磨料、氧化和疲劳等4种基本磨损形式的分析,阐明了曲柄销损坏的微动磨损机理。指出为了提高曲柄销连接机构的寿命,设计时应重点考虑防止微动的发生。
Floating frame oil pumping machine is the main equipment used in the oil exploitation. The damage of crankpin is the main malfunction of this equipment. However, the normal method can't solve the problem of crankpin. Based on analysis of jiggle abrasion for the reason of the crankpin, it finds that the crankpin is related to the jiggle abrasion. It analyzes the four damage basic forms including agglutination, attrite material, oxygenation and tiredness. In designing process, it is necessary to prevent the jiggle for the working life of the crankpin mechanisms.
