公平正义是人类社会的共同追求和衡量社会文明与进步的重要尺度。实现社会公平正义是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本要求和重大任务。检察权作为“一府两院”宪政体制下的重要国家权力。无疑在促进和实现社会公平正义中发挥重要的职能作用。本文着重探讨新形势下保障和实现社会公平正义、正确运用检察权的若干问题。
Fairness and justice are targets com-monly pursued by human society and important criteria for measuring social civilization and progress. To realize socM faimess and justice is a basic requirement of and a major task in the adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, The prosecutorial power, as a major part of State power under the constitutional system of coexistence of the govemment, the court and the procuratlorate, is undoubtedly playing an important function and role in promoting and realizing social fairness and justice. This article has been written to emphatically probe into questions concerning the relationship between the guarantee and realization of social faimess and justice and the correct exercise of the prosecutorial power under the current new situation.
