A new control system using programmable controller S7-200 as the core constitute is adopted, and the impulse bag filter relay controlling system of the rotary kiln installed for cement production is improved. With this control system, it can realize the manual and automatic timing, cleaning dust under constant pressure, and the automatic ON/OFF control of such equipments as air blower, screw conveyer, and so on. In practical use, the lifespan of filter bag can be prolonged by 35%, and the system stability and dust removal efficiency is improved.
