单体兀放开采大倾角特厚煤层的应用

Application of Single π Shape Steel Support in Mining Super Thick Coal Seam with Big Inclined Angle

富力煤矿2008采煤队在回采-380南部11号层初采期间,由于该煤层倾角较大(切眼倾角35°),根据上级文件及该煤层特点,不适合兀型钢放顶煤。针对这种情况,对该工作面的开采工艺进行了技术改造。由原来的倾斜开采变成现在的俯伪斜开采方式,以解决大倾角特厚煤层单体兀型钢放顶煤存在的问题。

During the beginning of the coal mining in the No. 11 seam of - 380 south by 2008 coal mining group of Fuli Coal Mine, because the dipgangle of this seam is very big （dipangle of drilling holes 35°）, according to the documents of higher authorities and the characteristic of this coal ceam, it doesn＇ t fit to use the π shape steel support to mine coal. Aimed at this condition, the mining techndogy of this face is reformed. The old slope mining is changed into the now slope mining in order to solve the problems of mining super thick coal seam of big inclined angle with monomer π shape steel support.
