无应力遮挡外固定器治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的生物力学研究

摘要 目的:研究无应力遮挡外固定器固定尺骨鹰嘴骨折的生物力学性能。方法:取6具新鲜尸体肘关节标本,将每具标本左、右侧肘关节标本随机分到A(无应力遮挡外固定器组)、B(克氏针钢丝张力带组)两组,左右侧每组6具。制成尺骨鹰嘴横断骨折模型,分别用克氏针钢丝张力带和尺骨鹰嘴外固定架固定A、B两组标本。将两组标本放到三维运动实验机上进行测试。结果:A组优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无应力遮挡外固定器固定尺骨鹰嘴骨折的生物力学指标优于克氏针钢丝张力带,因此应具有更好的固定效果。 Objective: To study the capability of the non- stress shelter external fixator for the treatment of ulna oleeranal facture. Method:The right and left freash elbow joints of six corpses were randomly divided into 2 groups: Group A (n=6) and Group B (n=6). All the ulna olecranons showed transverse fracture. Group A was treated by non--stress shelter external fixator. Group B was treated by tension band wire and kirschner pin. Then all the elbow joints were tested by a three--dimensional motion experimental instrument. Results :The biomechanical capability of Group A was better than that of group B (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion :The treatment of ulna oleeranal faeture by using the non--stress shelter external fixator is better than the tension band wire and kirschner pin.
