摘要
目的:观察复合肥对雄性大鼠次级精母细胞超微结构的影响,进而探究复合肥对其生殖功能的影响。方法:给大鼠经口灌服10%的复合肥剂,每次1mL,每周2次。动物实验周期分别设为4个月组,8个月组,12个月组,每组大鼠分别编号1-10。按预定实验周期采血,检测睾丸酮;而后处死大鼠,取睾丸组织进行形态学观察。结果:大鼠睾丸酮激素未见明显变化;大鼠睾丸次级精母细胞超微结构发生明显改变。结论:10%复合肥剂对大鼠的生殖细胞功能有一定的影响。
Objective: To observe the effects of compound fertilizer on secondary spermatocyte ultrastructure of male rats and explore its influence on rat reproduction. Methods:Based on different experiment time, 30 rats were divided into 3 groups (10 in each) --4-- month group,8-- month group and 12--month group,respectively. The rats were given compound fertilize solution (10%) by mouth twice each week and 1mL once. Blood was taken at different experiment time (at 4, 8 or 12 month) to test testosteron, and then the rats were killed and the testicle tissue was taken so as to examine its morphology. Results: There were on significant alterations both in testosterone and in secondary spermatocyte ultrastructure of male rats. Conclusion:There were some effects of compound fertilizer on functions of secondary spermatoeyte of male rats.
