超临界CO_2萃取的满山红浸膏成分分析及脱蜡方法研究

Component analysis of Folium Rhododendri Daurici extractum extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide and its dewaxing

目的:确定超临界CO2萃取的满山红浸膏的化学成分,研究合适的浸膏后处理溶剂及脱蜡方法。方法:采用试管法对超临界CO2萃取的满山红浸膏进行成分分析与脱蜡研究。结果:满山红浸膏中除挥发油外,还含有香豆素,酚性物质,树脂,油脂等成分。无水乙醇和丙酮是理想的浸膏后处理和脱蜡溶剂。结论:该浸膏含较多的脂溶性成分,采用无水乙醇和丙酮作为浸膏的脱蜡溶剂是可行的。

Objective： To confirm the components of the extractum from the Folium Rhododendri Dautici by supercritical carbon dioxide so as to find out suitable solvents for the extraetum post--process and the method of its dewaxing, Methods： The tube method was used for analysis of the extractum component and its dewaxing. Results：Besides essential oils,there were other components such as eoumarin, phenolic composition, resin, and grease in the extractum. Conclusion： The liposolubility is the major component in the extraetum,and therefore,dehydrated alcohol and acetone may be used as the dewaxing solvent for the extraetum.
