以湖北省潜江市农用地、林地、建设用地为研究范围,以中国1∶100万土地资源图的评价系统为指导,系统分析了评价系统中各要素的有机联系,阐述了如何用层次分析法和GIS技术进行土地适宜性评价,为潜江市土地利用总体规划中的土地利用结构和空间配置的安排和布局提供依据。图4,表2,参5。

Taking the agriculture land, woodland and construction land in Qianjiang city of Hubei Province as research emphasis, this article analyses the organic relations among the factors of the evaluation system under the guidance of evaluation system of Chinese 1 ： 10,000,000 land resources map, and explains how to make use of analytic hierarchy process and GIS technology to realize the suitability evaluation. The basis for the adjustment and layout of land utilization structure in overall planning of land utilization in Qianjiang City is provided.
