摘要 通过调整AZ31镁合金变形过程的参数来达到强化合金性能的目的,同时也可以改变变形的工艺步骤、冷却方式、表面处理或者合金本身的成份来增强合金最终制品的组织性能。通过不断地摸索2种方式相结合的工艺方法,提高镁合金组织性能,该方法已经得到初步的应用,使用几种方式相结合的方法改善AZ31的性能已经成为可能。 By means of adjusting the parameters of AZ31 magnesium alloy deformation, its performance can be increased. At the same time we also can change the deformable process, cooling-down method, surface treatment and composition of alloy to enhance the performance of magnesium alloy. Now the method is using widely step by step. It is possible for improving the performance of AZ31 by the linkage of the several methods.
