摘要
目的:从实验免疫学角度观察龟芪胶囊的扶正作用。方法:通过检测S180荷瘤小鼠血清溶血素水平、MΦ吞噬功能,lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性、T淋转功能及IFN-γ和TNF-α含量等,观察龟芪胶囊三个剂量组及正常动物组、肿瘤模型组各项指标变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:龟芪胶囊能明显提高荷瘤小鼠的体液免疫功能、非特异性免疫功能、自然杀伤细胞功能、细胞免疫功能及免疫细胞因子。结论:龟芪胶囊可提高荷瘤小鼠免疫功能。
Objective ：To observe the function of Guiqi capsule on strengthening the body resistance in the opinion of experimental immunology. Methods：By examining the hemolysin level in the serum and the deglutition function of M, in rats with S180 tumor, the activity of NK cell, T lymph transform function, the content of IFN-γ and TFN-α in rats with lewis lung cancer, Guiqi groups with three different doses, normal group and tumor model group were observed and analyzed by statistics. Results：Guiqi capsule could improve the immune function of body fluid, non-specific immune function, nature killer cell function, immune function of cell and immune cell factor of rats with tumor obviously. Conclusion：Guiqi capsule has effect on strengthening the body resistance of rats with tumor by improving the immune function.
