摘要
本文通过对湘潭市图书馆读者进行调查和分析,了解读者对该馆各项服务工作的满意程度,对各项服务方式的需求及对各种文献信息资源利用的特点,明确今后图书馆工作的重点和方向。
Based on investigation into readers in Xiangtan Library this paper explains the satisfied extent of readers to the various services , the demand for various services and the characteristics of utilization of documents and information resourcesin order to clear about the focus and direction of the library work in future.
