本文认为良好的图书馆形象迫切要求较高的馆员素质与之相适应,为了适应21世纪现代化图书馆服务信息化、馆藏多媒体化、信息资源网络化、管理手段计算机化、工作人员知识专业化的要求,图书馆馆员必须具备较高的素质。

The librarian quality is a part of the library image,librarian＇s cultural quality,spirit appearance and the work style.., etc. constitute the bright scenery line of library. The good library image requires the higher quality to adapt to work. For adapting to requirements of the information-based, the multimedia collection, the sharing network information resources,the computerized management and knowledge specialization , librarian must have the higher quality.
