社区图书馆是建设社会主义新农村文化建设不可缺少的重要组成部分,但在我国经济不发达地区社区,图书馆建设状况却不尽如人意。本文着力于时代的特殊背景和寻找突破困境的区域需求,就欠发达地区社区图书馆现状、办馆模式、管理措施、建设思路等问题进行了探讨。

Community library is an indispensable part of building new socialist countryside＇s culture. But community library in the economically underdeveloped areas is running below expectations. According to the special background and in order to look for region demanding of breaking predicament, this paper probes into the problem on community library from its current situation, mode, management measures, construction thought and so on.
