摘要
在冷敷合金涂层外添加保护层,进行感应熔涂,是一项新工艺。对感应电源频率、加热比功率及熔涂工艺参数的影响进行了试验研究。在电源频率为40~60kHz,加热比功率为5.5kW/cm2的条件下,对Fe60预涂层进行熔涂,启动加热时间为7~8s,试样移动速度为2.15~3.00mm/s时,可获得良好的熔涂层。
The induction cladding with adding protective coating on cold cladding alloy layer is a new technology.The frequency of induction power,heating specific power and processing parameters were expounded.The desirable cladding layer on Fe60 pre-coating can be generated with current frequency in rang of 40 kHz to 60 kHz and heating specific power of 5.5 kW/cm2 for 7-8s and moving velocity at 2.15-3.00 mm/s.
