摘要
利用ADAMS软件建立麦弗逊支撑杆摆臂式独立前悬架和带横置钢板弹簧独立后悬架系统的动力学仿真模型,进行运动学仿真分析和试验研究,得到随车轮跳动悬架各项定位参数的变化规律。前悬架车轮前束角的变化趋势和幅值不合理,将增加汽车的过度转向趋势和加剧轮胎磨损。与传统建模方法相比,刚柔耦合建模技术能有效提高带横置钢板弹簧的独立悬架系统的运动特性的仿真分析精度。
The multi-body kinematics model of the McPherson suspension and the rigid-flexible coupling model of suspension with leaf spring are established by using ADAMS/Car soft'ware. The simulation and test of suspension for wagon are carried out and analyzed. The change of each orientation parameter is obtained for the suspension with wheel jumpiness. The change of toe angle of front suspension is in disagreement, which will affect the stable steering characteristics and enhance wheel wear. Compared with traditional methods, the rigid-flexible coupling modeling technique can improve the simulating precision of kinematical moving characteristic of suspension with leaf spring.
