摘要
针对常规利用经验公式计算重型风机起动特性曲线方法的不足,提出一种通过测量风机拖动电动机的各项电参量和转速而间接获得该曲线的新方法。将坐标旋转变换分别应用于正序电流产生的驱动转矩和负序电流产生的制动转矩计算中,消除了由于供电电网三相电压不对称或电动机三相绕组不对称对测量结果的影响。设计了以TMS320F2812数字信号处理器(Digitai signal processor,DSP)为核心的检测系统,并分析其工作原理和硬件组成,编制相关软件算法。仿真和现场试验结果证明:该方法实用可行、易于工程实现;设计的检测系统具有测量精度高,稳定性好,受现场机械振动、污染和噪声影响小等特点。
In order to solve the shortage of the measurement for large blower starting characteristic by experience formulas, a novel indirect measurement method based on measuring the electrical parameters and speed of the blower's drive motor is presented. The revolving transformation of coordinate is used to measure the driving torque resulted from the positive sequence currents and the braking torque resulted from the negative sequence currents. The impacts of the three-phase unbalanced voltages and the three-phase unbalanced winding of the motor are eliminated. The measurement system is designed based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor (DSP). The principle and hardware structure of the system are analyzed, and the related software algorithm is programmed . The results of simulations and fieldwork show that the method is practical and feasible, and is apt to be realized, the measurement system is precise and stable, and is hardly affected by the machine vibration, pollution and noise on the worksite.
