Design of New Intelligent Control Device for High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

介绍了一种基于双稳态永磁机构的高压真空断路器的智能控制装置,它不仅具有对配电线路的接通和分断作用,而且对线路及电气设备具有各种智能保护功能。该智能控制装置以PIC16F877A单片机为核心,设置了过负荷、漏电闭锁、缺相、短路等多种保护功能,而且具有显示和通信功能,提高了真空断路器的智能化程度。

An intelligent control device for high voltage vacuum circuit breaker based on hi-stable permanent magnetic actuator was introduced. It has not only effect for making and breaking distribution circuit but also intelligent protective function for electric equipments used in circuit. Taking PIC16F87A single-chip as core, many protective functions aiming at overload, leakage, phase-failure and short-circuit were set in the intelligent control device. The device has display and communication function, improving intelligent degree of vacuum circuit breaker.
