摘要
为了改善杉木材质软、强度低等物理力学性能方面存在的一些缺陷,用PF(酚醛)树脂溶液对杉木进行浸渍压缩的改性处理。试验结果表明,当浸胶浓度为25%、浸胶时间为24h、热压温度为160℃和每单位厚度的保压时间为45s/mm时,所得改性杉木的性能最佳。
In order to improve physical mechanics properties such as superficial softness, low strength etc. in Chinese fir,the Chinese fir was modified by dipping compressive process with PF resin solution. Experimental resuits showed when the concentration of dipping resin was 25% ,dipping time was 24 h,heat pressing temperature was 160 ℃,keep time of heat pressing was 45 s/mm,the performance of modified Chinese fir was best.
