摘要 苯丙乳液/水泥基复合防水材料作为一种新型的环保型防水材料,结合了水泥的刚性和高分子材料的柔性,使其具有优良的力学性能。讨论了液粉比、灰聚比、养护龄期及增稠剂、消泡剂和乳液的用量对该材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,当液粉比为1.4∶1.0时,涂膜的拉伸强度为2.17MPa,断裂伸长率为291%;当灰聚比为3∶3、消泡剂为0.3%时,材料的综合力学性能为最佳;随着苯丙乳液用量的增加,材料的拉伸强度虽有下降,但断裂伸长率有很大提高;SEM表明,消泡剂的加入使材料的结构更加密实,具有更好的防水性能;随着养护龄期的延长,在养护初期涂膜的拉伸强度不断增大、断裂伸长率显著下降;在养护后期拉伸性能变化趋于平缓。 As a newfashioned environment friendly waterproof materials,styrene-acrylic (SA) eopolymer emulsion/cement-based waterproof materials has excellent mechanical properties because it has rigidity of the cement and flexible of the polymer. It was discussed that the effects of dosage for liquid-powder ratio(L/P Ratio) ,cementpolymer ratio (C/P Ratio), curing duration, thickener, antifoam and emulsion on tensile properties of the waterproof materials. Experimental data showed that the tensile strength and breaking elongation of the materials were 2.17 MPa and 291% respectively while L/P Ratio was 1.4:1.0, the colligation performance of the materials was the most excellent while C/P Ratio was 3:3 and mass fraction of antifoam was 0.3%. With increased dosage of SA copolymer emulsion, although the tensile strength decreases noticeably,but the breaking elongation increases substantially. SEM image showed that the addition of antifoam reduces material defects and results in better water-proof performance. Along with protraction of curing duration, the tensile strength increase and the breaking elongation decline noticeably at initial stages of curing duration, the change of the tensile properties go stable at evening of curing duration
