摘要
目的:为加强临床用药管理提供依据。方法:对我院2006年6月~11月门诊西药房患者的退药处方进行统计分析。结果:共调配处方135000张,其中退药处方1850张(占总处方数的1.37%),主要退药原因有治疗变更、用药过多或重复用药、出现药品不良反应等。结论:可通过提高医疗服务质量,在门诊药房开展药学服务、提高药师的服务意识和业务水平,制定奖惩制度、规范医务工作者的行为等降低退药率。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the drug return status in the outpatient dispensary for western medicine in our hospital, provide basis for strengthening the clinical medication management. METHODS: Statistical analysis was performed on drug - return prescriptions in outpatient dispensary for western medicine between June 2006 and Nov. 2006 in our hospital. RESULTS: Of the total 135 000 prescriptions investigated, 1 850(1.37% ) involved drug repercussion. The main causes for drug return were alteration of treatment regimen, excessive use of drugs or repeated medication, occurrence of adverse drug reactions etc. CONCLUSION: The rate of drug return can be reduced by improving medical service quality, carrying out pharmaceutical care in outpatient dispensary, enhancing pharmacists' consciousness of service and professional level, setting the system of rewards and punishments to standardize medical workers' behavior etc.
