重建型交锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折

Treatment of femoral shaft and neck fractures with reconstructional interlocking intramedullary nail

目的探讨重建型交锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折的方法和疗效。方法对17例患者采用重建型交锁髓内钉固定，开放穿钉。结果经过6～15个月随访，愈合时间为4～9个月，平均6个月。优良率达94．1％，无相关并发症。结论重建型交锁髓内钉是治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折的理想方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of treatment femoral shaft and neck fractures with reconstructional interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods Seventeen cases were treated with open reduction and reconstructional interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. Results Seventeen cases were followed up 6-15 months,the bony healing time was 4-9 months,6 months on average. The excellent and good rate was 94.1%. No complication was found. Conclusion It is an ideal method to treat femoral shaft and neck fractures with reconstructional interlocking intramedullary nail.
