心力衰竭患者血浆B型尿钠肽水平与D-二聚体的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者心力衰竭时血浆B型尿钠肽(BNP)及D-二聚体(D-D)水平的变化,以及两者的关系。方法检测了79例冠心病心力衰竭患者和20例健康体检者的血浆BNP及D-二聚体水平,并加以比较和作相关性分析。结果冠心病患者心力衰竭时血浆BNP及D-D水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且BNP与D-二聚体水平呈对数正相关(r=0.4398,t=4.2970,P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者心力衰竭时BNP分泌增加,继发性纤溶功能亢进;BNP与D-二聚体两者间存在一定相关性。 Objective To elucidate the correlation between B-type natriuretic peptidc(BNP) and D-dimer in patients with heart failure. Methods BNP, D-dimer were assessed in 79 paients with heart failure and 20 normal controls. Results (1) The serum BNP and D-dimer were higher in patients with heart failure than that in normal controls(P〈0. 001). (2) There were positive correlation(P〈0. 001)between serum BNP and D-dimer in patients with heart failure. Conclusion (1)The patients with heart failure are abnormal coagulative and fibrinolytic system . (2) BNP is correlated with serum D-dimer and increased in patients with heart failure.
