矽肺患者生存质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality of life in silicosis patients

目的评价并分析矽肺患者生存质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用WHOQOL-100量表调查150名矽肺患者及150名未患矽肺工人,将调查结果用SPSS11.0统计软件进行分析。结果矽肺患者对生存质量及其生理功能、心理状态、独立性领域的主观满意度均较对照组低,特别是在躯体疼痛、精力、睡眠、信心、负性情感、行动能力、日常生活能力、依赖性、获取信息、休闲活动、信仰等方面与对照组相比,差异有显著性。其影响因素主要为心理、生理、环境因素。结论关注矽肺患者的生存质量,在积极开展矽肺及合并症治疗的同时,做好健康教育及心理疏导工作。

Objective To investigate the quality of life in silicosis patients and its affecting factors. Methods By using the method of WHOQOL - 100, 150 silicosis cases and 150 healthy people were investigated and the results were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS 11.0. Results The quality of life in the silicosis patients decreased greatly, and the main affecting factors were mental condition, physical functions, environmental and social relationship. Conclusion （1）The quality of life in the silicosis patients should be concerned. With the treatment of silicosis and its complications, more guiding work on psychological health to the silicosis patients should be done ; （2） The quality of life in the patients should be used as a guideline to reflect the curative effects in the silicosis patients.
