摘要
2008年1月30日，19辆先进的机动车尾气遥感监测车（全名：机动车尾气激光遥感监测车）配发到北京市18个区县和经济技术开发区，并开始上路执行检查任务。北京市环保局副局长杜少中表示，此系国内率先大规模采用激光遥感监测技术，实现对上路行驶机动车尾气排放的动态监测。此前北京市仅有3辆尾气监测车。
Jan. 30, 2008, 19 Auto-exhaust Remote-sensing Monitoring Vehicles started cruising in 18 district and counties, as well as the development zone in Beijing. This monitoring vehicle is able to test out CO, CO2, HC and NOx with 0.7 S emissioned out from running vehicles, which greatly improve the capability and efficiency of supervision over the exhaust emission.
