摘要
通过查阅大量有关健身气功健心方面的资料,从以下四个方面初步探讨其健心机制:健身气功从本质上来讲是一种"意功";健身气功的实质是对人体形气神的综合锻炼和调控;发挥形气对神的相互关联效应;健身气功中特定动作和发音对神的调节。
Setting up Qigong, as one of Chinese traditional methods for health preserving and health care, has been given great concerns worldwide. By adopting literature review, this paper conducts a thorough study on the relevant references on Setting up Qigong' s mind- strengthening function, and further probes into its mind- strengthening mechanism from four aspects: First, the nature of Setting up Qigong as one will - control Qigong; Second, Setting up Qigong's comprehensive training, controlling and adjusting of one' s body shape, breath and mind in essence; Third, the correlation effect between one' s body shape, breath and one' mind; Fourth, the adjustment effected by particular body movement and articulation on one' s mind in Setting up Qigong.
