高校体育文化具有教育性、科学性、娱乐性、团队性、多元性等特点,对激励大学生努力进取,奋发向上的竞争意识,培养大学生的团队精神和坚强意志品质具有重要意义。也是反映高校校园文化建设情况的窗口,体现高校管理的系统性、科学性和前瞻性。加强体育知识的宣传学习,丰富体育的内容和活动形式,加强大学生运动队建设和体育设施建设,改善体育教学模式和体育运动条件,高度重视课余体育锻炼,提高体育教师的教学能力和综合素质,是加强高校体育文化建设的有效途径。

The university sports culture has the characteristics as follows： educational, scientifical, entertainment, team and polytropism, to drive the university students diligently enterprising, the competition consciousness up liftings. It has vital significance of raising university student＇ s team spirit and quality. Also it reflected the university campus cultural reconstruction, manifested the systematic characteristic, the scientific characteristic and foresightedness. Presently, the enhancement of sports knowledge propaganda study, the richment of sports content and the form, strengthen the university student sports team construction and the sports facilities construction, to improve the sports educational model and the sports condition, take more attention of physical training after school, the effective way of strengthening the university sports cultural reconstruction that improve PE teacher＇s teaching ability and comprehesive quality.
