论述了组织公民行为理论的内涵,分析了影响员工组织公民行为的主要因素,提出了构建图书馆馆员组织公民行为激励机制的途径。
This paper discusses the connotation of the theory of organizational citizenship behavior, analyzes the main factors affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of staff, and puts forwards some approaches for constructing the incentive mechanism for organizational citizenship behavior of librarians in the library.
