针对图书馆馆长的管理工作,提出了"做什么→谁来做→如何做"的管理上的核心思维逻辑,并对这3个管理思维的核心环节在实践中的具体运用进行了阐述。

In the light of the management work of library director, this paper advances the core thinking logicality in the management：＂What to do. Who can do- How to do＂, and expounds the concrete application of these three core links of the managerial thinking in practice.
