摘要 AMI(运动性月经失调)发生的病理过程涉及多个功能轴、多种激素、多个作用环节的综合作用。运动训练造成HPA轴功能亢进,β-EP、PRL等抗生殖激素水平升高,成为影响HPO轴功能的重要因素;HPO轴功能激素受体是靶细胞反应性高低的决定性因素;HPO轴各环节结构的改变则是影响其功能变化的根本因素,导致以下丘脑为始动部位的HPO轴功能紊乱,出现AMI。 Pathetic process of AMI refered to synthetic role of multiple function axis, many hormones and several structure segments. HPA axis hormones, anti - reproductive hormoneβ - EP and PRL level significantly elevated with training, which were the important influencing factors to HPO axis function. HPO axis hormone receptors were the deciding factors to target cells reaction. Structure changes of every segment of HPO axis were the ultimate factors to HPO axis function. These reasons resulted in the HPO axis function disturbance from hypothalamus and the appearance of AMI.
