摘要
采用试管二倍稀释法测定二氟沙星对鳗弧菌W-1、副溶血弧菌1614和溶藻弧菌1833的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);采用菌落计数法测定二氟沙星对鳗弧菌、副溶血弧菌和溶藻弧菌的抗菌后效应(PAE)。结果显示,二氟沙星在1×MIC、2×MIC和4×MIC浓度时,对鳗弧菌W-1、副溶血弧菌1614和溶藻弧菌1833的PAE分别为:0·64、1·09和2·16h;0·74、1·73和2·64;0·54、1·08和2·05h。二氟沙星对这3种弧菌具有明显的抗菌后效应,并且随着二氟沙星浓度的增加,抗菌后效应的时间也明显延长。
The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of difloxacin against Vibrio anguillarurn W-1, V. parahaernolyticus 1614 and V. alginolyticus 1833 were determined by twofold broth macrodilution method, and the postantibiotie effects (PAE) of difloxacin against the three Vibrio strains were determined by colony counting. It was shown that, at the concentrations of 1MIC, 2MIC and 4MIC, the PAE of difloxacin against Vibrio anguillarum W-1, V. parahaernolyticus 1614, V. alginolyticus 1833 was 0.64h, 1.09h and 2. 16h; 0.74h, 1.73h and 2.64h ; 0.54h, 1.08h and 2.05h, respectively. There were significant PAE of difloxacin against the three Vibrio strains, and the time of PAE was prolonged as the concentration of difloxacin increased.
