小麦TaCCaMK基因的研究初探

摘要 CCaMK作为一类重要的Ca2+传感蛋白可以通过与胞内Ca2+和CaM结合进而诱导下游蛋白质磷酸化方式以及基因表达模式发生改变。到目前为止,国内外已有几种高等植物的CCaMK被报道,但对小麦TaCCaMK基因的报道尚属空白。因此,本实验以5份不同倍性小麦为材料,对TaCCaMK基因的拷贝数以及TaCCaMK基因的视锥蛋白类结构域的单核苷酸多态性进行了初步的探讨,以便为TaCCaMK基因的深入研究奠定基础。 The important Ca2+ -sensing protein, CCaMK,plays its role in inducing protein phosphorylation and regulating the express model of gene through binding Ca2+ and CaM. So far several CCaMK have been reported in higher plants, but the TaCCaMK in wheat. Five different ploidy wheat species were used to analysis the copy number and the Single nucleotide polymorphism of Visinin-like domain of TaCCaMK gene. This endeavor should be the foundation for the further research of TaCCaMK gene.
