天府花生内生细菌种群多样性研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过对四川省重点推广的4个花生品种——天府11号、12号、13号和岳易各生育期、各部位内生细菌种群动态的系统研究,分离出内生细菌170株,其中放线菌15株;鉴定结果表明,天府系列花生内生细菌共16个属,其中芽孢杆菌属11个种,为花生内生细菌的优势种群。对链霉菌属放线菌进行了抗菌性检测,其中13株对枯草芽孢杆菌有拮抗作用,淡紫灰类群菌株11-02和13-10的抑菌效果最为显著。 Tian Fu No. 11 ,Tian Fu No. 12 ,Tian Fu No. 13 and Yue Yi peanut,the four major peanut cultivars in Sichuan province,were collected for the analysis of population dynamics and distribution within the different stages and different plant organs of endophytic bacteria. One hundred and seventy endophytic bacterial strains were isolated, including fifteen actinobacterial strains. As a result of taxonomic identification, all the endophytic bacterial strains were grouped into sixteen genera of bacteria. Bacillus was the most dominant genera in peanut endophytic bacteria, and eleven species within Bacillus genera were identified. According to the results of antimicrobial test, except two strains, the other thirteen actinobacterial isolates which belong to Streptomyces genera could antagonize B. subtilis in different levels ,especially Lavendulae strains 11-02 and 13-10,which had the best antagonistic effect.
